VERMILION OHIO LAKE ERIE BEACH FRONT HOUSE RENTAL

We are proudly offering our beautiful 1526 sq. ft. two bedroom, two full bath, double car garage home on Lake Erie, Nokomis Beach, Vermilion, Ohio. The house can sleep up to five to six people in two bedrooms and an all season room. The guest room has two full sized beds; and the master bedroom has a king sized bed. In addition, the all season room, overlooking Lake Erie, has 2 twin sized beds. Our home is directly on the Lake on Nokomis Beach, and out of every window in the house there is a breath taking panoramic view of Lake Erie in all of its fresh water beauty. The house is completely furnished including cooking utensils and bed linens. We also have a 15 by 22 foot upper level wooden deck that has spectacular views of Lake Erie and its beaches as well as the mouth of Vermilion River. It's a perfect place for private dining, a glass of wine at sunset, sunbathing or boat watching and has complete privacy.

The house is very comfortable with a fantastic large yard facing the lake in a very convenient location. There is direct wooden stair access to Nokomis Beach, a very quiet, safe, and beautiful natural beach that is directly adjacent to the Linwood Park Beach and the Lagoons Beach. A pass must be purchased to go onto Lagoons or Linwood Beach, but Nokomis beach is free and secluded. You can enjoy sitting in the yard, relaxing, playing games, barbecuing and viewing the sunsets in the evening. Fish right off the beach that is steps away from our home. There is a fire pit, and we also have bicycles available to use. Our home would be ideal for a family gathering, vacation or a nice romantic getaway.

Vermilion is a quaint nautical town situated right on Lake Erie with its own downtown beach and boardwalk. We are one mile from the Public Boat Ramp in Vermilion. The downtown area has several restaurants and ice cream parlors, many little shops and wineries and a very popular and famous French restaurant, Chez Francois. There is usually something going on downtown during the summer months such as Music in the Park, antique car shows, and the Fish Festival. Of course, we cannot forget the internationally famous Woolly Bear Festival in the fall. On every third Thursday of the month throughout the summer and fall, local musicians and talent play outside in front of local businesses and portions of Historic downtown District in Vermilion. 

We are 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland that now boasts a casino called The Horseshoe Casino and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and we are conveniently located 25 minutes from Cedar Point, the world's best amusement park. Kalahari Water Park and Great Wolf Lodge. Catch a Ferry to the Lake Erie Islands, Put-in-Bay and Kelly's.
